We teach that the Personal Year starts at January 1 and goes through December 31, with a carryover of several months at each end of the year. This position is accepted by about half of numerologists. The others run the Personal Year from birthday to birthday.

I have to say that most of the times, I've noticed that the changes have occurred to me to or to the people I have consulted with, 1 month before or after the birth day. Also, I have seen change occur 6 months after the birthday, at the peak of the personal year.
